What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer standard domestic shipping (2-4 business days) with custom heavy-duty shockproof packaging. Complimentary standard shipping applies on all orders over $75.

Are HANYAGELAS products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. All our glassware is handcrafted from lab-grade 3.3 borosilicate glass, which is certified thermal shock resistant from -20°C to 150°C. Top-rack dishwasher and microwave safe.

Do you provide custom branding for cafes and roasters?

Yes! We collaborate with coffee shops and roasteries worldwide for custom volume calibrations and studio logo etching. Please send us an inquiry via the form below.

What is your breakage replacement guarantee?

All shipments are 100% insured. In the unlikely event of transit damage, simply take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and our team will dispatch a complimentary replacement immediately.
